Republic Act 10173 Data Privacy Act of 2012

AN ACT PROTECTING INDIVIDUAL PERSONAL INFORMATION IN INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEMS IN THE GOVERNMENT AND THE PRIVATE SECTOR, CREATING FOR THIS PURPOSE A NATIONAL PRIVACY COMMISSION, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

In compliance with the mandate of Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) all certifications request will only be entertained with the following requirements:

1. Letter request, documents, tax declarations;
2. Valid ID’s of the property owner and/or ID’s of requesting party;
3. Notarized authorization letter or Special Power of Attorney (SPA) from the owner*;
4. Reference Documents. Proof of kinship (e.g. birth certificate, marriage contract, etc.).

Note:

        * In case that the requesting party is not the owner of the property.
